At the Concours d'Elegance Pebble Beach, which will take place on the weekend between the August 23rd and 25th, visitors will be able to see the Audi's newest concept Audi PB18 e-tron, which will also hint on how an electric successor of the Audi R8 will look like.
And Pebble Beach, which is the mainstay of the event, gave authors an idea about a name of the car. PB is namely the abbreviation of Pebble Beach. . The second part of the name, number 18, is a tribute to Audi R19, which for years have been seen as a kind of fear of the 24 Hours of Le Mans race.
The official unveiling of the concept will happen already on Thursday, August 23rd, at 5 pm local time at Laguna Seca raceway, and then there will be two more presentations, first on the 24th of August in the course of The Quail event, and then on August 25th at Concours d'Elegance.
