Formula E returned to the streets of the Big Apple this weekend, where it opened the New York Auto Show and announced final race of this year Formula E season, which will take place on the streets of Brooklyn on July 14 & 15.
Formula E lead a parade of electric vehicles, among which spectators were also able to see Jaguar I-Pace as an announcement of Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY, which will take place along Formula E Championship next year. The road took drivers parallel to the Hudson river and the backdrop of Midtown Manhattan and the Empire State Building.
The second New York race's track will be a little different from the last years one. It will have an extension, which will allow the next generation Formula E cars to be faster and more efficient and it will also give drivers more opportunities to overtake.
