Peugeot has prepared a concept of the completely autonomous electric car for Paris Motor Show. Peugeot e-Legend predicts the future of the brand on the one hand, and at the same time revives the past.

At Peugeot, the concept is promoted as a presentation of a desire for lust, promoting freedom of movement, and offering the possibility of choosing between endless pleasures, summarized in the motto #UNBORING THE FUTURE. As they say, passengers in the e-Legend concept will be able to find time for themselves and enjoy new experiences with autonomous driving.

The e-Legend is a two-door coupé-sedan with dimensions of 4,650 x 1,930 x 1,370 meters. It is powered by an electric motor with the power of 340 kW and a torque of 800 NM, which distributes its power to all four wheels. Acceleration up to 100 kilometers per hour is less than four seconds and the maximum speed is 220 kilometers per hour. The battery is stored in a battery with a capacity of 100 kWh and is sufficient for a good 600 km according to WLTP cycle. Charging for a distance of 500 kilometers on a fast charger takes 25 minutes.

Peugeot e-Legend gives the driver the choice of four drive modes. The Legend manual mode is characterized by three instruments, which take example from the Peugeot 504 Coupé, while the Boost manual mode ensures the dynamics. The autonomous mode Soft, on the other hand, gives priority to the comfort of passengers and reduces the projection to digital displays to a minimum, and the Sharp method enables the connection to digital activities, such as social networking, electronic organizers, etc.

In the autonomous mode, the steering wheel retracts under the dashboard, and the interior of the car also changes arrangement in favor of the comfort. The interior is also completely digitized and allows voice control with car sound responses.
