27 awards in 20 categories represent a new triumphant record for the Samsung company at the prestigious international festival for professionals in the creative communications industry Cannes Lions.
The Samsung company, which never ceases to amaze with its consumer eletronics, convinced the expert jury of the prestigious international festival with its campaign Launching People – the campaign received 7 awards in total. The goal of the campaign Launching People is to accelerate the process of making dreams a reality, as Samsung encourages people to share their ideas and dreams and unlock their potential.
The development team behind the application Look at me – a smart phone application that helps children suffering from autism – also received an award. The expert international jury also gave an award to the innovative design concept Safety Truck that recently took the world by storm with its huge potential of saving human lives: the technological solution for preventing traffic accidents won 7 awards, among them the most prestigious award in the category Titanium and Integrated. The application Back Up Memory, designed to help patients in the early stages of the Alzheimer's disease, also received an award.
