As long as the sun shines, you can use this to make delicious meals in places where open fire isn't allowed, but you still crave some outdoor cooking.
Apparently, this is something people really need, as it was successfully crowdfunded on Kickstarter in just 4 hours!
SolSource Sport lets you cook delicious food in the great outdoors - with the help of the sun, the 'pan' can reach a maximum of 200° C, so it's easy to prepare some sizzling sausages or a pot of fresh, boling hot coffee or tea - all without fuel or waste.
Developers at One Earth Designs say the solar cooker is easy to use, compact and portable, meaning it's perfect for you if you don't like staying in the same place all the time. You can move anywhere and simply take SolSource Sport with you - it only weighs 4.5 kilograms (the original SolSource cooker is heavier and bigger). It can be set up in no more than just five minutes and in a matter of seconds, providing there is enough heat from the sun, you can start making your hot meal.
With only 9 days to go, you can still get your own solar cooker on the product's Kickstarter page! So far, they raised $117,799 out of their initial $20,000 goal, with 511 backers to date.
