New restaurant is taking avocado, appreciation to a whole new level. The Avocado Show is set to open soon in De Pijp, which is a hip neighborhood in south Amsterdam. Created by foodie friends Julien Zaal, Ron Simpson, and Jaimie van Heije, who will be preparing deliciously avocado-bun burger, sweet avocado chocolate smoothie, and the classic avocado toast. And much more of course.
