A modern urban oasis in Israel.
Envisioned by the French architect David Tajchman, the Gran Mediterraneo is a new concept of mixed-use High-Rise with a public automated car-park, which is said to function as the first induction charging station for public and shared electric driverless vehicles in the city (future 'sherut')."
The conceptual grand tower, reminding us a little of a majestic spiral in its innovative vertical architecture, will be built with white concrete and covered in mirrored glass - a unique look that will be achieved by using the latest construction and digital technologies.
The curvy little wonder of architecture will be filled with Mediterranean and Dead Sea flora, combining sustainable living and nature. Within the green atmosphere, it will offer residential apartments and hotel, bars and restaurants, as well as farming and public gardens, swimming pools and dead sea spas. There will also be room for business, educational and events spaces.
