European Parliament will increase presure to increase infrastructure for charging plug-in vehicles. They are planing to impose a decree to install charging stations also in older buildnigs, if they are not used for homes.

If proposal - which will be given in discussion in December - is accepted, by 2025 owners of buildings, which serve for any other purpose than homes will be obliged to install at least one charging station if there will be more than ten parking spaces arround the house.

With new proposal EU Parlianet is just increasing the scope of initial propopsal, according to which owners of new and thoroughly renovated buildings would also have to include charging stations into the project. Their installation should amount one to two percent of all construction or reconstruction costs.
