Opel introduced a third iteration of it Vivaro panel van, which will go on sale in the summer and will also turn green quite soon.
Opel also promised, that its van, which shares much of design and technical details with Citroen Spacetourer, Peugeot Traveller and Toyota Proace, which also means a set of economical diesel engines, will also get an all battery electric version sometimes in the course of the year 2020.
Opel in the years to come is also taking over the role of developer of light commercial vehicles programme for the whole PSA Group, which means that all version of small and midllesized vans for Opel/Vauxhall, Citroen and Peugeot brands will most probably come from Russelsheim and Luton.
