According to Peugeot, Partner Tepee Electric will combine practicality of a small passenger van with low running costs and environment concerns of electric drive. Powertrain is the same as with the furgon, which means 49 kW, 200 Nm electric motor and two stacks of lithium-ion batteries stored on both sides of rear axle. With the 22,5 kWh capacity batteries allow up to 170 kilometers of NEDC reach and can be charged in two ways. Regular charging at household socket lasts 8 to 15 hours, depending on the current, and fast charging by the CHAdeMO standard allows 80 percent charge in about half hour.
