Tesla Model 3 is currently considered one of the most popular electric cars on the market, there is no doubt about it. Since the American manufacturer managed to establish normal production, the car is considered one of the best-selling in the middle price range, where there is still little competition at the moment. A new competitor is expected to appear on the market soon.

On Twitter, the Chinese-Swedish car manufacturer Polestar presented the first photo of the second car. Although it's just a photo of the rear of the car from a bird's eye view, Polestar has already revealed that it will be a four-door sedan with a sloped roof and a rear window.
More interesting are technical data. Polestar 2 will be the first fully electric car of the brand. At the same time, it will also be significantly cheaper than the Polestar 1 hybrid coupe, as it will have to compete for buyers in the price range of the already mentioned Tesla Model 3. Polestar 2 will also be available through the so-called 'subscription scheme'.
Polestar 2 will have about 300 kilowatts of electric power and 500 kilometers of reach. Polestar adds, that more technical data will be available shortly. But it is already known today, that its arrival on the market sometime this year will also premiere Google's Android HMI system.
