In its heart sits 76 hp electric motor which takes power from 33 kWh electric battery. Battery was developed in cooperation between Renault and LG Chem and stores enough power for about 200 kilometers of drive with speeds up to 100 kilometers per hour. There's also Eco Mode, which limits top speed to 80 kilometers per hour to extend the travelled distance before next charging.

There are also some usefull aplication connected with the use of Master Z.E. Z.E Connect enables driver to check battery status from the distance, Z.E. Trip searches for free charging stations and Z.E. Pass helps driver to pay charging fee without using cash.
