After almost four years, Tesla Motors unveiled its first styling update of Model S. With the changed front, Tesla S became more in line with Models X and 3 designs.

The oval-shaped front grille - resembling grilles of petrol-driven cars - gave its place to the elegant moustache-shaped mask that looks really well with the new, revamped adaptive LED headlights (there are now 14 three-position LED dynamic turning lights). The new design also includes slight changes to taillights, visually divided from marker that hides the charging port.

There are also some less visible changes - for example, Tesla added the HEPA air filtration system from the Model X that is part of Tesla's so-called 'bioweapon defense mode'. They have also improved charge times for the Model S, changing the standard charger from 40 amps to 48 amps. Moreover, changes were also made to the interior, giving customers the option to choose between two different wood finishes.
