Cadillac ELR is a range extender plug-in luxury hybrid coupé with similar powertrain to the one from Chevrolet Volt and Opel Ampera. It has a stronger 154kW sinchronuous electric motor that gets its power from 16.5 kWh lithium-ion battery. Range extender is the same as in its Opel and Chevrolet cousins: 1,4 L gasoline engine.
