It is a wonderful mechanism - a mesmerizing levitating timepiece that orbits around a wooden base, counting not only the hours and minutes, but also years, as its orbit is fully customizable via a mobile app or manually. You can also set any future date and STORY will - starting at the 12 O'Clock position - travel one full orbit until it reaches your desired destination in time, like the expected birth of your child, graduation date or the coming of your favourite season.

The base measures 268mm (10.5") in diameter, it's 42.5mm (1.7") high and weighs 2 kilograms. The chrome sphere diameter measures 16mm (0.6"). STORY can can levitate horizontally, vertically or at a 60 degree angle. If you wish to see the exact time, a LED Matrix display illuminates through the surface of the wood. You can set it to permanently ON/OFF or appear through motion.
