Did you ever stay at a multiple day festival? Chances are high that you purchased a tent especially for that festival. And did you take the tent back home afterwards to use it again? Maybe you did, but maybe not: every year 1 in 4 festival visitors leave their tent behind on festivals. That's why Dutch start-up came up with the KarTent, a temporary festival tent made entirely out of cardboard.

The KarTent provides space for two people with their bags and is guaranteed to stay standing and keep users dry for three days of constant rain. And when the festival is over - it's designed to be recycled!

The KarTent was tested at multiple festivals in the Netherlands last year and a modified version will be available at festivals in Belgium and the Netherlands this year, ranging in price from free up to €75. Too much? If you are forgeting your tents at the festivals all the time, maybe not. And you can also print anything you want on it.
