It features a microSD slot, but what we really love is the fact that it comes with a removable battery.
LG came out with the first V series phone: V10. It has something that competition does not have: a Second Screen above 5.7-inch QHD IPS Quantum Display, dual front cameras (5 MP not intended for 3D pictures, but for group selfies – a 120 degree picture, so you can forget all about selfie-stick), and a handy manual video mode. It also comes with a new fingerprint sensor, 16 MP rear camera, 4 GB of RAM, and a 3000 mAh removable battery that can be supercharged to 50 % in 40 minutes... All these features are wrapped in a rather appealing design that utilizes high-grade stainless steel and silicone skin.
Second Screen is an inset display above the main display. It works independently, so you can set it to display for example weather, time, date and battery icon, when the main display is off. With the main display on, the Second Screen can be set to convert to a dedicated launching area for shortcuts or your favorite apps. And when you're enjoying a movie or game on the V10, the Second Screen will notify you discreetly without blocking your view that a call or text just came in.
LG says V10 is the first smartphone to offer manual mode for video. With Manual Video Mode, according to LG, budding directors can easily create professional quality videos by adjusting options such as shutter speed, frame rate, ISO, white balance and focus while recording. Moreover, you can record videos in three various resolutions (HD, FHD or UHD) and two aspect ratios (16:9 standard or 21:9 cinematic). Phone is also equipped with a micro SD slot, compatible with cards, offering up to 2 TB of data storing space. That's great, knowing users won't shy away from eagerly recording videos in 4K!
Price? Not available yet, but it's expected to be match iPhone 6S Plus range.
