The Greenmoxie Tiny House Project was created with the help of designer David Shephard and the craftsmanship of builder Ian Fotheringham. A sustainably built house of 32 square meters (based on a triple-axle trailer) lets you live completely off-grid and is a dream come true for anyone not wanting to spend a fortune on a place to call home. Also, it's ideal for 1 to 2 persons.

This tiny slice of heaven comes with various HVAC Systems (like the Eccotemp FVI-12-LP high capacity propane tankless water heater and a Marine Stoves Little Cod wood burning stove), electrical systems (including, but not excluding energy-efficient LED low voltage lighting throughout, 1kW Solar PV system with custom racking system, and 11kW of stored energy), water systems (First Flush® Roof water recovery system, 200L rain barrel, two SHURflo 3.0 Revolution Water Pumps) and appliances (like a Sun-Mar Excel composting toilet). It's equipped with custom-made furniture and custom shower, so everything fits perfectly and is ready to be lived in!

The Tiny House's starting price is $65,000, however not exactly everyone in the world can order one - the Ontario-based company custom-builds these houses only for their Canadian clients.
