It's very simple - plug in your phone, take a picture, and get a printed photo in a matter of seconds. But there's another cool, wizzardly magical feature about it!

Prynt, the photo-printing phone case, is also dubbed the "Harry Potter" photo-printer. Why Harry Potter, might one ask. Well, when you take a photo, the Prynt app at the same time also records a short video. With Prynt you therefore don't only print the photo instantly, but you can also hand the physical photo you've just printed to a friend and they can unlock your hidden video from their phone, bringing the photo to life. Sending birthday wishes, for example, was never more fun and more innovative (and more Harry Potter-like!) - when your friend holds a photo of you in front of his smartphone, opens the app on his phone and hovers the mobile camera over the photo, the phone's screen displays an animated image of you singing "happy birthday". It's as cool as looking at images in The Daily Prophet, only this is for real!

The San Franciso-based Prynt was founded in 2013 by CEO Clément Perrot and CTO David Zhang, both promising innovators under 30. They launched a Kickstarter campaign in July 2015 and raised roughly $1.6 million in funding from 9,000 backers.  Since last December, the company has already shipped 20,000 cases, while demand for the magical photo-printer is still growing.

If you purchase the photo-printing phone Prynt case, you will also get a free 10-pack of Prynt ZINK® photo paper to get you started. Prynt ZINK® Paper gives vibrant, long-lasting, tear and smudge resistant photos and is also available on Amazon and via the Prynt app for iOS and Android. The Prynt Case is $149 for any smartphone model available, which now includes iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5, and Samsung Galaxy S5.
