ZTE Mobile Devices, a division of China-based ZTE Corporation, a global telecommunications equipment, networks and mobile devices company, introduced a sytlish, neatly rounded new device called Spro Plus, the next in line after its smaller borther from the Spro family, the portable smart projector Spro 2.
This mini Android-based WXGA projector uses laser instead of LED technology. It comes with a 8.4" 2K (2560x1600px) AMOLED touch-screen with 2K resolution, paired with a 12100mAH battery, a Snapdragon 801 processor and 128GB of expandable storage. The Spro Plus will be available to purchase as either a Wi-Fi-only version or a Wi-Fi and 4G LTE version.
The ability to project images at 500 lumen, which is the ideal luminescence under practically any circumstances (may it be broad daylight in your living room or dark conference rooms), ensures the best possible visual experience for viewers. If you place the projector 2.4 meters away from any surface, Spro Plus will cast an image up to 80 inches across.
The new projector comes equipped with JBL Audio System, including two 4W speakers and HARMAN sub-miniature microphones, able to detect voices more than five meters away from the device.
The product will be available in summer 2016 and it's safe to assume it will cost a pretty penny!
