The Renault Nissan will provide 200 electric cars for the conference on environmental change COP21.

For the conference which will take place in Paris between 30 November and 11 December, the Renault Nissan will provide the largest fleet of electric cars. It will consist of Renault Zoes, Nissan Leafs and 7-seater Nissan e-NV200 vans which will be available to the participants of the conference 24/7. It is expected that the conference will be attended by more than 20 thousand delegates from 195 countries. For the first time in history the United Nations will use a fully electric car fleet at its environmental conference.

The cars which will jointly record more than 400 thousand kilometres will be driven by 200 professional drivers who will be assisted by 200 volunteers from Renault and Nissan. In fact, Renault-Nissan has enabled its employees from Paris and the surroundings to take part in the conference as volunteers. The response surprised them because more than 450 persons volunteered.
