The DS Virgin Racing driver, who took a sensational win at the last race in Buenos Aires, has received 16 per cent of the votes so far.
Three-time FanBoost winner and local hero Salvador Duran lies in second place with 15 per cent of the total vote, while Abt Schaeffler driver Lucas di Grassi is close behind in third place.
Jean-Eric Vergne and Nelson Piquet Jr are hovering just outside of the top-three, but with voting open six minutes into the race, there is still plenty of time for there to be changes at the top.
