Are you a teacher? Hawaii is looking for you.

At the end of this school year, around 1600 Hawaiian teachers are going to be retiring - that's a pretty huge gap so they're seeking out mainland teachers to move to the island. And guess what? Anyone can apply.

The Hawaii Department of Education has responded by sending teams to meet with potential applicants in major cities across the U.S., including Chicago, New York, Portland and Los Angeles. They need math, English, and special ed teachers the most, but all positions are available. The average pay for a Hawaiian teacher is $54,000 a year.

Interested? Than pack your bags and fly to Hawaii. More information here.
