European Green Capital has a big heart. Metaphorically as well as quite literally. Outside Ljubljana's City Hall there now stands an installation in the shape of a heart. It is equipped with a stethoscope, so residents and bypassers can record their own heartbeat and let Ljubljana groove to it.

Once your heartbeat is recorded, the heart starts beating to the rhythm of your pulse, blinking green with every single beat. With the ''Heart. For. You.'' installation Ljubljana wishes to bring together both city folk as well as tourists visiting the city and invite them to take part in the "Ljubljana - European Green Capital 2016" project.

If you wish to record your heartbeat for Ljubljana, you can do so by March 2016, every working day between 4 pm and 6 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm.

By welcoming the year 2016 and the accompanying Green Capital projects, the new info point "Točka. Zate." ("Point. For you.") opened its doors as well. You will find it right in front of the City Hall. Throughout the year, this is where you will be able to find all the activities and essential information, pertaining to European Green Capital 2016.
