If you get your phone dirty, you can simply lather up some hand soap, scrub it a little and get it clean again.

Waterproof phones are nothing new in Japan, but until now none of them could be truly thoroughly washed with soap and a brush. The Kyocera DignoRafre is different!

The Kyocera DignoRafre smartphone is designed for all conditions, including mud, because it can be washed with running water. That is not all, even detergent does not harm it. You can wash it with soap more than 700-times, which means that it will remain clean throughout its lifecycle. Besides taking care not to expose us to dangerous bacteria, the Kyocera DignoRafre also makes sure that all the operations, much like in any other high quality smartphone, are running smoothly. The phone comes with a 5.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels and comes with 2GB of RAM. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Kyocera Digno Rafre packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear.

The new device has an elegant, sleek design with two-tone colors and easy-to-grasp round form which comes in three colors: Coral Pink, Cashmere White and Marine Navy. For now, available only to the Japanese market.
